I have had the great honor to guide, uplift, and rejuvenate North Shore and Chicagoland area golden era elder men and women, great-grandparents and great pioneers from 'The Greatest Generation' (1901-1924), who together laid the groundwork for our modern-day civilization, endured the test of their time through all of its turbulent turning points, and enlightened life's lessons.

Losing 10 lbs and finally fitting into that fab outfit after facing the most life-changing and soul-crushing setbacks with a devastating divorce, emotional abuse on overdrive, and mind-blowing moments of truth after the death of a loved one that suddenly altered your entire life. Deciding to deal and making the choice to reach in deep, open your heart, let go, forgive, forgive yourself, and do the hard work that must be done to move forward and do YOU.

Letting go of 'the mainstream' and friends and family's approval to just "fit in" faithfully puts you in a league of your own to thrive directly off the beaten path and nurture the unique and distinctive passions you live for.
